OÜ Toru Arst was founded in 2010 as a private-owned company that inspects and repairs pipelines, repairs wells, clean pipes using hydrodynamic machines, as well as milling equipment.
We work from Monday to Friday.
We undertake pipe maintenance and all work directly or indirectly related to it - pipe washing, eliminating blockages and repair work of any complexity!
